Private sessions
Private and semi-private sessions are a great way to build confidence, refine technique, and focus on the concepts that matter most to you. These work best for 1-3 people, so individual attention and instruction can be given to each person. These sessions are ideal for those seeking ongoing sessions, a focused refresher, or want to take their practice to the next level. These are typically done in a person’s home. Yoga mats and props can be provided if desired.

Private group classes are ideal for those who want to practice with a group of friends or turn any occasion into something truly meaningful—an experience filled with intention, connection, and personalized support. These are ideal for 3-15 people and are typically done in a person’s home, or a yoga studio can be arranged at an additional fee.

This outdoor class is a slower-paced, intermediate vinyasa flow class with an emphasis on kinesthetic awareness and refinement. The unhurried pace allows for deeper exploration of each posture, embodied intention, more mindful transitions, and greater attention to alignment—supporting improved technique, body awareness, and injury prevention. Creative sequencing weaves together alignment, core integration, stability, strength, and fluidity. This grounding, mostly floor-based class is designed to balance out a more yang approach to movement and fitness. Through slow, stretchy sequences and longer-held shapes, you’ll be invited to soften muscular effort, release tension, and restore mobility throughout the body. Emphasizing deep stretch, breath awareness, and gentle opening, this practice supports recovery, improves flexibility, and helps regulate the nervous system. Expect a calming, nourishing experience that encourages you to slow down, reset, and reconnect—leaving you feeling spacious, supported, and more balanced both physically and mentally.
